Typically, you can have 2 ProtiBars, any flavor, each day as snacks and still lose weight if your 3 meals are appropriately low in calories. Plus, you'll find that because of the protein/carb ratio in ProtiBars, you will be satisfied after 1 bar and will not feel for another bar until your next snack. I have been using these bars since June and they have helped me to stay on track with my diet and work-out. The diet is a balanced fresh food diet - shop the perimiter of the grocery store. It is structured, but the fresh food is key. I have one bar mid-morning and another mid-afternoon. They are satisfying and filling. The variety is nice to keep from getting tired of the same thing. With this program, I have lost 20 pounds, gone down 3 sizes, and lowered my cholesterol by 20 points. I am back into the non-med level with my cholesterol.

I am wondering if you are the company who manufactures these bars or are you one of the many fitness sites who sell them? I have found them under MANY names and am curious to find the source. I want to say, "Thank You!"
